Nicky Collini (Desi Arnaz) and his fiance Tacy Bolton (Lucille Ball) have dreams. Nicky dreams of buying a house. Tacy dreams of buying a house too-- but one on wheels. This way, when Nicky has to travel for work, Tacy can be right there with him. Nicky very reluctantly agrees, despite predicting his own impending doom and the two are married, buy a long, long, trailer, and set off on their honeymoon. The never-ending mishaps begin almost immediately, when the car they own is not powerful enough to tow the trailer, and continue on through attempts at cooking in moving trailer and dangerous mountain curves. It's a sure bet that the disasters will continue, but the only question is whether their marriage will survive the trip.
