Jane Marple (Margaret Rutherford) is part of a jury who is determined to convict a man for murder, even though Miss Marple is sure he didn't commit the crime. Inspector Craddock (Charles Tingwell) believes her to be mistaken, and is intent on prosecuting the man. After her vote waylays the entire judicial progress Miss Marple is determined to find the real killer herself. After finding a theater program as a clue, Miss Marple, along with her friend and confidant Jim Stringer (Stringer Davis) joins the touring theater troupe and finds herself surrounded by potential suspects |
